Fair Labor Standards Act Lawsuit Filed Against The Columbia Association
CONWELL LLC filed a class action suit in Federal Court in Greenbelt, Maryland on April 9, 2008 on behalf of an employee who worked in the Athletic Club, and other similarly-situated employees of the Columbia Association, who were misclassified and denied overtime wages.
