Scott Conwell was quoted in a March 17, 2009 The Daily Record article regarding the lawsuit between Discovery Communications Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. This lawsuit alleges Amazon’s e-book readers, the Kindle and Kindle 2, infringe Discovery Communications’ “electronic book security and copyright protection system” patent.
